By downloading, installing, or using the micro emf - calculation and modelling app application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and micro emf - calculation and modelling app regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

  • Multi-circuit modelling with three-phase and neutral wire configurations
  • Earth wire induced current calculations
  • Professional report generation in multiple formats
  • Cloud synchronization across devices

The App is intended for use by qualified electrical engineers and professionals who understand the limitations and appropriate applications of EMF modelling tools.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

The App is available through the Apple App Store. Access to premium features requires an active subscription, which is managed entirely through your Apple ID and the App Store.

Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. You may manage your subscription, including cancellation, through your App Store account settings.

A free trial period may be offered for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to the subscription plan you selected.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
  • Use the App to transmit malware or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
  • Share your subscription access with unauthorized users

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by micro emf - calculation and modelling app and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

Any models, calculations, or reports you create using the App remain your property. However, you grant us a license to process this data as necessary to provide the App's services, including cloud synchronization.

6. Disclaimers

Professional Use: The App is designed as a professional tool for qualified electrical engineers. Calculations and results provided by the App are intended to assist professional judgment, not replace it.

Independent Verification: All calculations and results should be independently verified before being used for design, construction, or safety-critical decisions. The accuracy of results depends on the accuracy of input data provided by the user.

No Warranty: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Calculation Accuracy: While we strive to ensure calculation accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the precision or applicability of results for any specific use case. Users are responsible for validating results against applicable standards and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICRO EMF - CALCULATION AND MODELLING APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or data corruption
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Any damages arising from reliance on calculation results
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling your subscription through the App Store.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Australia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
